Today the forest gave over 300 gallons of 2 brix sap. Yesterday was 200 gallons and before that was less with the cold temperatures. So far total sap count is 2100 gallons. I am thinking it is still going to be a good season ahead according to the forecast.
Sap volume is improving each day.
